Hasta esta resolución del Ministerio de Educación, el cargo de secretario/a en el Nivel Primario no existía. La creación de 84 cargos marca un antes y un después en la gestión educativa provincial.
Un compromiso surgido del Acuerdo Paritario
En cumplimiento de la Resolución 167/25 y como resultado de la propuesta presentada por el Ministerio de Educación en las negociaciones de octubre de 2024 con los sindicatos docentes, la cartera educativa avanza en la jerarquización de la gestión escolar a través de la creación de 84 nuevos cargos de secretario/a.
Esta medida histórica permitirá mejorar la administración de las instituciones y ofrecer un mayor respaldo a los equipos directivos, optimizando el funcionamiento de las escuelas y beneficiando directamente a docentes y estudiantes.
Las escuelas beneficiadas en esta primera etapa
En esta fase inicial, la selección de las 84 Escuelas Primarias de la provincia que contarán con un nuevo cargo de secretario/a se realizó en función de las necesidades detectadas y las posibilidades presupuestarias, con la intención de ampliar la medida en el futuro.
