En el Centro de Información Pública, se dictará la capacitación «Caso Argentina – Derecho comparado « , a cargo de Franco Carballo .
Bajo la organización de la Subsecretaría de Planeamiento Urbano, los días 21 y 22 de julio .
La misma, estará destinada a profesionales de la Municipalidad e integrantes de distintas instituciones afines a la temática.
La propuesta forma parte del ciclo de capacitaciones relacionadas con el Plan Director Urbano Ambiental
La capacitación incluye : contenidos normativos, herramientas y dispositivos de gestión del patrimonio fiscal municipal para la planificación territorial, la generación de suelo urbano y la captación de plusvalías.
El curso será dictado por el Dr. Franco Carballo , especialista en derecho urbano, gestión del patrimonio inmobiliario fiscal y regularización dominial de interés social, de amplia trayectoria en cuestiones esenciales para la elaboración y aplicación de códigos de planeamiento urbano.
La capacitación contará con la presencia de profesionales e idóneos del Municipio.
Además se cursaron invitaciones a instituciones clave en estas temáticas , tales como el Concejo Deliberante, la Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco, el Concejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas de la Provincia del Chubut y la Cámara Inmobiliaria de Comodoro.
Fueron invitados el Colegio de Arquitectos del Chubut, el Colegio Profesional de Ingeniería, el Colegio Profesional de Agrimensura, el Colegio Público de Abogados, el Colegio de Escribanos de la Provincia del Chubut y otras entidades de nuestra ciudad y de la región.
