Concejales de Rawson aprobaron prórroga del contrato de la Cooperativa

El Concejo Deliberante de Rawson aprobó por unanimidad la prórroga de la concesión de servicios a la Cooperativa de Servicios Públicos por seis meses, del 1 de julio al 31 de diciembre de 2024. La decisión se tomó durante la décima sesión ordinaria, con la presencia de todos los concejales.

La ordenanza aprobada incluye un anexo de trece fojas que exige a la Cooperativa proporcionar información detallada sobre su estado patrimonial, nivel de endeudamiento y capacidad de prestación de servicios. El Poder Ejecutivo Municipal establece un plazo de sesenta días para la entrega de esta información.

Entre los datos solicitados se encuentran los ingresos netos por distribución de energía eléctrica, desglosados por tipo de usuario, otros ingresos como alquileres, proyectos y obras a terceros, así como costos y gastos operativos. La ordenanza también solicita que la Cooperativa se abstenga de incorporar personal durante el período de prórroga.

Esta medida busca garantizar la adecuada prestación del servicio público y permitir una evaluación exhaustiva de la situación de la Cooperativa antes de tomar decisiones sobre la concesión a largo plazo.

El tratamiento sobre tablas y la aprobación unánime del proyecto reflejan un consenso entre los concejales sobre la necesidad de esta prórroga y la importancia de obtener información detallada sobre la gestión de la Cooperativa.
