En representación del Gobierno provincial, la ministra de Desarrollo Social, Familia, Mujer y Juventud, Mirta Simone, presidió días atrás el Concurso Privado de Precios Nº 18/22, que con un presupuesto de $991.400 busca adquirir equipos informáticos en el marco del Programa de Fortalecimiento del Sistema de Protección de Derechos de la Niñez y la Adolescencia.
En este caso particular, la ministra Simone, explicitó que «el Registro Único Nominal (RUN) es un sistema informático de registro, planificación y seguimiento de las intervenciones que surgió en uno de los plenarios del Consejo Federal de Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia (COFENAF) con el fin de registrar las prácticas y los procedimientos en materia de Protección de Derechos, alcanzando consensos a partir de la diversidad de las veinticuatro provincias, para que queden plasmadas todas las intervenciones que se llevan a cabo con respecto a niños, niñas y adolescentes».
En este sentido, Simone explicó que «nosotros estamos atravesando la segunda etapa de implementación de este Registro donde se trabaja para delinear y organizar el plan de carga, los plazos estimados y los actores involucrados, y por eso estamos adquiriendo equipamiento informático, ya que en nuestra provincia, el proyecto apunta a un registro con todas las intervenciones de los niños, niñas y adolescentes que pasan por los servicios de Protección de Derechos, desde sus datos personales, educación, salud y todas las acciones que se hacen a nivel territorial para garantizar y restituir derechos que han sido vulnerados, como situaciones de violencia, abuso, entre otras».
RUN con sede propia
Asimismo, Simone agregó que «próximamente inauguraremos también la sede propia del RUN, a donde irá destinado el equipamiento que estamos adquiriendo. Este registro fortalece la toma de medidas de protección de derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes y agiliza el cruce de datos entre los organismos especializados en niñez y familia, a través de un legajo único de cada niño, niña o adolescente, mejorando la capacidad de intervenciones en la órbita proteccional y fomentando la corresponsabilidad con otros organismos del Estado y la sociedad civil».
