El intendente Othar Macharashvili anunció la apertura de licitaciones para obras que superan los 2.300 millones de pesos, durante un acto celebrado en el Centro de Exposición y Promoción Turística (Ceptur).

Las obras, previstas con presupuesto municipal, incluyen la construcción de pluviales, redes cloacales, alumbrado público y la finalización del Centro de Encuentro Sur.

El acto presidido por el intendente y el secretario de Infraestructura, Luis Romero, contó con el acompañamiento de la secretaría de Cultura, Liliana Peralta y el presidente del Ente Comodoro Deportes, Hernán Martínez.

También participó el secretario de Gobierno, Sergio Bohe; el secretario general de la UOCRA, Raúl Silva; el vecinalista de Abel Amaya, Mario Castillo; el referente del barrio Cordón Forestal, David Suárez; el titular barrial de Las Américas, Roberto García; concejales y miembros de Gabinete.

Con presupuesto municipal, se concretarán obras por más de 2300 millones de pesos

Macharashvili destacó el trabajo conjunto entre el Estado, los gremios y las empresas para asegurar que el Centro de Encuentro Sur se complete a tiempo. 

El intendente también mencionó el trabajo en conjunto con el gobierno provincial para desafectar varias obras con financiamiento nacional.

La apertura de sobres incluyó varias licitaciones:

Licitación Pública Nº 80/2024: Obra del sistema de desagüe pluvial en Bº Cordón Forestal, con un presupuesto oficial de $258.377.002,49 y un plazo de ejecución de 180 días. Se presentaron dos oferentes: Choel SRL y Precap SRL.

Licitación Pública Nº 81/2024: Ampliación de la red colectora cloacal en Bº Gasoducto y Mza. 267, con un presupuesto oficial de $223.337.066,00 y un plazo también de 180 días. Tres empresas presentaron ofertas: Torraca Felipe Esteban, Choel SRL y Precap SRL.

Licitación Pública Nº 85/2024: Provisión de una subestación transformadora y alumbrado público LED en Bº Ara San Juan, con un presupuesto oficial de $350.275.480,00 y un plazo de ejecución de 60 días. Se presentaron dos empresas: Precap SRL y Choel SRL.

Licitación Pública Nº 95/2024: Terminación del Centro de Encuentro Sur, con un presupuesto oficial de $1.368.193.985,00; solo se recibió una oferta por parte de EDISUD SA.
